A. SELLING TERMS:
1) The renting is nontransferable. It can not be subletted.
2) The renting is final after reception of the deposit, the reservation feeand eventually the cancellation insurance;
3) Without any written message precising that you will come later, the house can be rented out in the 24 hours and you'll have to pay the total amount of your stay.
4) In case of cancelling:
The cancellation must be noticed with a registered letter.It's not allowed by phone.
In case of cancelling more than 30 days before your arrival date, the fee ,eventually the cancellation insurance,
and 20% of the total amount of your stay will be kept by the owner.
In case of cancelling less than 30 days before your arrival date, the fee,eventually the cancellation insurance, and the total amount of your stay will be kept by the owner.
5) We suggest a cancellation insurance that pay you back those compensations.When you have no insurance yourself covering that kind of risk, you'll have, in case of cancellation , to pay the whole amount of your stay.,whatever the reasons are.
6) The total stay amount is payable 30 days before your arrival date.You get no reduction in case of later arrival or shortened stay.
7) In case of dates change, we cannot garantee that you' ll have the same sort of house.
8) Every renting entails the complete acceptance of the rules of the site.You can get a copy of our interior rules by the reception.One is also displayed outside the office on the information bord.
B. CONDITIONS OFSTAY :
1) The chalets are completly equipped with the exception of linen. Sheets can be rent by the reception for € 8,00 /week ( in case of renting several weeks they are changed every saturday).The washing of the bedding during the course of the week is the responsability of the hirer.
2) Onyour arrival we will ask you to acquaint yourself with the inventory and to deposit a sum of 40,00 € payable to cover possible necessary cleaning and to clear the cost of your stay.
3) Animals are not admitted. You have to park your car on the park place at the entrance of the camping.
4) You can leave between 7.30 and 10.00 am..The initial deposit is returned after controle of the inventory.Any damage or missing item will be charged against your deposit according to the inventoryAccomodations must be left clean and if not the sum of 40,00 € will be retained for cleaning..
